Requirements Strong experience in e-commerce media buying Proven results with paid ads (Meta Ads is a must) Deep understanding of KPIs and scaling strategies Experience managing a team or working with creatives Understanding of brand building, not just testing products Analytical mindset + execution speed Full-time availability on-site in Casablanca
