Challenge
Young people in Morocco and the Arab world needed to see that e-commerce success was real and achievable — not just theory on a screen. They needed to witness the journey from zero, with real people, real struggles, and real results.
Approach
Co-produced with Simo Life in 2023, we selected 5 young Moroccans including 2 known influencers (Fir3awn and Bar9al). Anas lived with participants for 3 full months, teaching e-commerce hands-on from scratch. Every moment was filmed — the wins, the failures, the breakthroughs — creating 27 episodes of unscripted reality.
Results
27 episodes garnered millions of views on YouTube in record time. The show went viral across Morocco and the Arab world, sparking a real wave of change and inspiring entire generations. A non-profit project driven entirely by the mission of social impact.
