Challenge
E-commerce sellers had no reliable way to reach customers in Iraq and Libya. No import infrastructure, no order confirmation systems, no last-mile delivery networks, and no way to receive profits from these markets. Sellers from Morocco and beyond were locked out of high-demand markets.
Approach
We built SHIPEH as an integrated logistics platform: product importing, order confirmation via call centers, last-mile delivery with field teams, and profit transfer to sellers anywhere in the world. Real warehouses in Iraq and Libya, specialized field teams, and partnerships with local operators. Founded with a specialized partner.
Results
SHIPEH now operates actively in Iraq and Libya with warehouses, field teams, and growing seller networks. New markets are under study for expansion. Sellers from anywhere in the world can now access these previously unreachable markets.
